team & associates.
we have joked around for some time now that we should start to call ourselves the t n' a team. our whole business has been a team effort, right from the start. we saw the value in a team environment and so instead of one of us quitting our jobs to pursue photography, we both quit and jumped right into photography with two feet! none of this "test the waters with the big toe, then decide"; we knew that if we were going to do this photography studio thing, we were going to go all out. and that's exactly what we did. we have a gorgeous studio in downtown oakville where we serve local and destination clients with... uh hum... style.
so here we are, 5 years later and wow - what a whirlwind it has been! through the good times, bad times and the best of times we have done this together as business partners and as a happily married couple who simply have a passion to produce meaningful images. at what cost you may ask? well certainly not at the cost of our relationship, or the cost of sacrificing precious time with our two little ones. so this meant we had to make some pretty clear cut decisions about how we ran our company early on. these are the ideas we would like to share with you - how to run a business, not let your business run you!
